ABOUT
My name is James Harding. I pride myself in problem solving. Generally I take something that works fine, and then make it work great! Nearly all solutions that I build are custom, handcrafted works. I consider my projects a huge part of my life, as they are what keep me going on a day to day basis. Without them, I wouldn't be who I am today, nor would I be able to strive for the excellence that I tend to acheive.
Born in Salt Lake City Utah, I quickly moved to Denver Colorado and consider myself a Colorado native. Since then, I have turned a hobby of software development, into a career. I graduated from Metro State in 2010 and have been engineering software solutions for multiple companies ever since. In my free time I find myself tinkering with cell phones, stereo equipment, TVs, computers, microprocessors, and anything that falls in between. I try to continually push my limits on a daily basis, whether it be learning a new programming language or building something new with my hands. I have always been fond of Do-It-Yourself solutions and always attempt something on my own before potentially paying someone else to do it.
I do have a few personal software products that I have built and released in the past. Most recently Choppy Copter was released on the Apple App Store. I also have a desktop based digital media organizer called Video Organizer, which is open source and still available for download today.
Even though electronics take up a huge part of my life, I do enjoy working with my hands, whether it be building mechanical contraptions, woodworking, or a good old backyard workout. This comes with its benefits, such as tools! Oh boy do I love tools. I have been collecting tools for nearly 10 years and still feel like I don't have enough.
